What areas do you service?

Is there a job minimum?

Yes. We do require a $150 minimum for any repair call, and this does not include the cost of materials.

Will you supply us with multiple estimates?

Yes. But, if you are a new client, and we do not hear back after sending 3 separate estimates, you will not receive any more.

Do I have to buy the materials?

No, your estimate will typically include the labor, materials and any disposal fees needed in order to complete your project. Please let us know if you will be supplying your own materials and/or disposal for the project. If you have questions about this, please call us at (208) 626-2028

How long will it take?

It depends. Our typical repairs take anywhere from 1-3 days, depending on the complexity of the project. Our goal and mission is to get you back to your home or business as soon as possible.

How soon can you get here?

We can typically be at your home or business for an estimate within 7 business days. Depending on the time of year (which dictates busyness of scheduling) your project could be scheduled in a few days or up to 3 weeks.

Why can’t you just give me a quick estimate over the phone?

We offer free in person estimates and can occasionally give you an estimate over the phone depending on the complexity of the project. Because we value your time and money, we want to be sure to give you a proper quote for your project, which often requires an in person estimate to ensure an accurate estimate.

How long will it take to receive the estimate for my project?

We aim to get your comprehensive estimate to you within 24-48 business hours. However, during our peak busy season, it may be as long as 72 business hours. We will do our best to keep you in the loop on the timeline of when you can expect the estimate to be arriving to you.

Are the repairs guaranteed?

Yes. All labor and workmanship provided by Resolute Handyman on all repairs are guaranteed 120 days from the date of the final invoice. We stand by the quality of our work and have a 5-star reputation to back it up.
